Please note the minimum household income for a Buy to Let Top Slicing mortgage is £40,000.
We will not normally lend to applicants who currently have unsecured debt which exceeds half their gross annual assessable income, even if it’ll be repaid in whole, or part, before completion. If the case has a lower debt to income ratio, it may still be sent for individual underwriter assessment. We’ll exclude student debt from this calculation.
